Would a physical exam (labs, stress test, CT scan,etc.) at the Aerobics Center in Dallas be considered in network or out of network? It costs $4000. The aerobic center does not file insurance.

I do not understand this box.

Hello, Please note that coverage would depend on your plan's specific benefits for the services rendered. You can verify if this provider is in-network by searching on our Provider Finder tool on your Blue Access for Members account or on our web site at www.bcbstx.com. If the provider is in-network they will be listed on the tool.

In-network providers must file claims, so if the center has advised they do not do this then they are most likely not an in-network provider and any services would be processed under your out-of-network benefits. ~ Kayla
