BCBSTX and Texas Health Resources and Texas Health Physicians Group (Texas Health) have reached an agreement that will keep Texas Health in the HMO Blue Texas (Blue Essentials), Blue Choice PPO (BCA), Blue Advantage HMO (BAV) and Blue Cross Medicare Advantage PPO networks with no disruption in service.

If you have an HMO plan and want to change your primary care physician (PCP) back to a Texas Health provider, you may do so online. - Araceli
