I need a form 1095-B to file my taxes. I am with a group employer. Do you send me the information or does my employer? When can I expect to receive this?

    Hello, If you had individual coverage through us directly in 2017 we are currently in the process of issuing 1095 forms. You should receive this by the beginning of March.

    If you had individual coverage through the Marketplace they will be sending this form to you directly. You will need to contact them to see when they will be mailing this. If you had coverage through an employer you will want to contact your human resources department to see who issues this form to you. If we issue this then you should receive it by the beginning of March. ~ Kayla
