Daughter has BCBSTX HMO. New member as of Jan.2017. She's out of meds and on a wait list for pcp. Options?

Daughter has BCBSTX HMO. New member as of Jan.2017. She is on a wait list for a PCP visit for OCTOBER. She is out of meds and needs to see someone and get new Rx. Can she go to an in network specialist with some kind of dispensation? Should she go to a an in network walk in clinic? What are her options? I am very worried about her!
