Coverage of palatal augmentation prosthesis.

I have had lower jaw replacement and tongue resection/grafting due to oral cancer. I have no movement of my tongue and have found out there is a speech assistive device called a palatal augmentation prosthesis. I need to know how much BCBS pays for such device. The medical code is 21082.
