What happens if I do not get my annual wellness exam?

My employer told me I needed an annual exam by November 1st. I am unable to do that today and tomorrow is November 1st. Is there a grace period?

Hello, If your employer has this requirement it would be up to them to allow a grace period. You will want to contact your human resources department. ~ Kayla
