Why do I have to sit on hold for over two and half hours to find out if BCBS has been reimbursed for a service that they paid for that was never performed. Fraudulent claim that was filed and paid in 10/19 I immediately notified BCBS turned in a Fraud report never heard a word back. I have been working on this since 10/19 the facility has told me that they reimbursed BCBS as of 6/11/20 I need proof that it has been received.
