Where a provider office send their bills if their billing software is not working is there any fax number ?

Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing great. I just need to confirm the Fax number where we can fax our medical bills because we have a glitch in our billing software and bills have to be submitted in timely manner so can any one tell me the fax number where we can submit our medical bills ?
