Is our office the only one having a HORRIFIC time accessing a customer advocate for specific benefits that are not available in the ivr? We are sitting on hold for HOURS, literally HOURS and passed around the automated system NUMEROUS times in an effort to get to speak to a live representative. This is is no way assisting us in providing time sensitive, quality care to our patients. Please somebody HELP!!!!
