My Dr. Dr. Smith in Decatur Tx.) sent me for a bone density test (wellness) on December 4, 2020 and I received a bill from Wise Health System in the amount of 633.93 billed on April 2, 2021. Why didn't Blue Cross Blue Shield pay?
