IM FROM A PROVIDERS OFFICE .3 HOURS GETTING BOUNCED AROUND BCBSTX IVR . UNABLE TO SPEAK TO A LIVE REP . THIS IS HORRIBLE . THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE !!!

 I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET REMIT INFO ON A CHECK . I HAVE WASTED 3 HOURS JUST TO GET ROUTED THRU IVR AND UNABLE TO SPEAK TO A LIVE REP ,.
