I never received a welcome letter or ID card and my coverage started in July. I've been sitting on the phone for over an hour waiting to receive my ID number with no alternatives. Anybody that can help?

    How do I go about finding my ID number and group number that are located on my ID card if I have lost it? I read that the information is also on a letter sent out went first enrolled for insurance, but considering I received that in January it is MIA as well. Is there anyway I can get this information? I have an appt Friday I need it for.
