I never received a welcome letter or ID card and my coverage started in July. I've been sitting on the phone for over an hour waiting to receive my ID number with no alternatives. Anybody that can help?

You can view and print a temporary Id card or order a new Id card on your Blue Access for Members account at www.bcbstx.com. To create an account, click New User? Register Here under the Member Login section. ID cards will be under the Coverage section. If you need your information in order to create your account please send us a private message. - HeatherA
