How do I post a topic on your Connect blogs?

I would like to contribute to your blogs. How do I post?

Hi Leann - After you choose a topic (Health and Wellness, Getting Health Insurance, etc) you'll see a +New button at the top of the page. This function will allow you to create your own blog topic. -Tamara

I apologize, Leann. It appears that functionality depends on your badges. If you'd like to post a blog to engage other users of the Connect community you can start that in the Ask BCBSTX area. I've spoken to our system administration to inquire about an actual blog functionality for our users. We hope to allow that functionality in the future. -Tamara

I'm sorry. I don't have a +New button. It says across the top of the page "Polls and Discussion", "Blogs", "Videos and Images", "TuSalud", "More". I have a screen shot but can't paste it here.
