We continue having issues logging into the website. Repeatedly it does not recognize our login and password. I have to go through the process to reset a password every time. This does not always provide me immediate access to the website. Obviously, this is very frustrating because I need readily and reliable access. This has occurred over the last year in excess of ten times.
