Claim status can be obtained through the Claim Status Tool here - https://www.bcbstx.com/provider/pdf/claim_status_tool.pdf - via Availity Essentials or by using your preferred web vendor. If you need to speak to a Customer Advocate to adjust a claim or have a detailed question regarding a claim please call 800-451-0287 and have the 13-digit claim number ready to enter.
