Weight loss program

Does BCBS pay for a weight loss program like Red Mountain Weight Loss, Slim4Life, Weight Watchers or can I get reimburse for these types of programs that I have to pay for as out of pocket, because they don't except Health Benefits Ins. If BCBS does reimburse for this type of programs how does one go about getting reimbursed?????
