I"m having trouble finding my policy and its status (end date, specifically) on the website. Where can I find that information?

    Hi Cristina, You can review your plan information on your Blue Access for Members account on our website, www.bcbstx.com. To create an account you will want to click New User? Register Here under the Member Login section. You can then view your plan details under the Coverage section. Please note, an end date will only show if your plan has been canceled. ~ Kayla
