I need to print an EOB or remittance on a claim for a patient.Please help.
Hi Maria, If you are a provider claim status can be obtained through the Claim Status Tool via Availity Essentials or by using your preferred web vendor. If you need to speak to a Customer Advocate to adjust a claim or have a detailed question regarding a claim, please call 800-451-0287 and have the 13-digit claim number ready to enter.
The patient can view their claim information on their Blue Access for Members account on our website here - https://members.hcsc.net/wps/portal/bam ~ Kayla
