How do I chat online with a representative?

I have reached my deductible. I would like to file for reimbursement for some recent visits which I paid for, despite the fact that I'm over my deductible. How do I do that?

You can submit your receipts along with the claim form found here - https://www.bcbstx.com/pdf/formfinder/medical-claim-tx.pdf - to the address on the form or through the Message Center on your Blue Access for Members account. ~ Kayla
