My provider has submitted a pre authorization for behavioral therapy, the request was sent 6 weeks ago, still no response from pre auth team, I have tried many a times with no luck, every time I was asked to wait, it has been 2 months and still waiting to hear from BCBS, this is making me extremely unhappy. Who can resolve this issue from BCBS?
