I am from the provider's office and I call BCBS every day for benefits and eligibility and most of the time they hang up on us. I'd like to get an email address where I can formally file a complaint as this is extremely frustrating and wasting so much of our time. Most of the representatives act rudely. They will not let you speak to a supervisor. The customer service experience has been nothing but a nightmare for me. I tried sending a private message but was told they could not help me anymore. I know we are not the only office experiencing this. To me, it looks like their calls are not even monitored so reps can just do whatever they want. If availity works all the time and with accuracy, I am not calling BCBS no more!
