Why was a prescription deductible of $5000. added to my plan without notification. Having spent several hours on the phone with BCBSTX customer service and the market place, I do not have a satisfactory answer. I will next write every government representative and contact any and all groups dealing with problems with BXBS. If this is not criminal.......it is bait and switch and in very bad faith. I have no alternative other than to cancel my plan with BXBS.
