I signed into my BCBS account to find a provider for something. I attempted to utilize the providerfinderonline tool but it absolutely does not work. After I tried searching for what I came to look into and received "no results within 100 miles", I went through nearly every single category and every single one of them say "No results within 100 miles" for my plan. I do not understand. Does my plan cover nothing? I never had this issue with United Health Care.
