    I ran into this exact problem last week when I needed a new ID badge for work and didn’t want to wait for IT. You can totally print your own if you have access to a printer that handles rigid resin or high-detail filament. What worked for me was searching for blank ID card stl models for printing, sizing them to credit card dimensions in my slicer, and adding a simple slot or hole if you need a lanyard clip. Just make sure the model is flat and around 0.8mm thick so it doesn’t warp or snap. I printed mine face-down on a textured plate and used a light adhesive stick to hold the first layer down. The card came out clean enough to laminate. You don’t need a fancy game character model site for this—utility stuff like card blanks, clips, or even badge holders are out there if you dig through parametric design repositories.
