How do I submit a medical bill that I received to BCBS?

Hi Mario, You can submit your bill along with the claim form found here - Medical Claim Form - Domestic (bcbstx.com) to the address on the form or through the Message Center on your Blue Access for Members account on our website, Blue Cross Blue Shield - Login (hcsc.net). ~ KW
