• Need an id card but don't have a member ID

    I need to get access my ID card from my job but I lost my card and the only way to log into an account is with a member id number and I don't have it, how can I get info on my member id card?

    Just trying to get my member ID so I can get in to be seen by a doctor and future appointments if needed. Also so I can create my account to also obtain my digital copy to keep on hand for any given reason.
