Dear BCBSTX Connect Team,
I am Taekyung Kim, a former insurer at BCBSTX currently residing outside of the United States.
I recently received a letter from your organization stating that I may owe you $400, which I believe pertains to the COVID test visit I had on 3/30 at SAMEDAYHEALTH.
I would like to inform you that I have been notified by SAMEDAYHEALTH via email ( that I will not be held responsible for any amount not covered by my insurance provider for COVID-19 testing under the Cares Act Section 4201.
Could you kindly clarify the contents of the letter you sent me?
