Why, when I try to search for a new PCP, do I get the message "You have no benefits currently"--and am denied access to your list of in-network doctors?

Your website has become creepy and even evil. It won't recognize me as having benefits--such as having the ability to search for doctors? And it lists only one of my three dependents?
