Does my plan cover blood pressure monitors cause I had a stroke before and taking medication for hypertension also. My dr said to monitor my blood pressure everyday cause it's been over 200 before

I need to know if my plan covers blood pressure monitors cause I've had a stroke before and my blood pressure has reached 200 before also. My Dr said I should monitor it every day to make sure the medications is working
