Damaged ID card

Hello all,

My card is damaged, cut in half actually :( Since I'm supposed to get my new one in a few months, I was wondering if I should ask for a replacement or if I'm good to go. I can still read the numbers on it.

Hi Benjamin, If you can still read the numbers on the ID card, you do not need a new one. However if you would like to order one, you can order a new card or print a temporary ID by logging into Blue Access for Members on the front page of our website at www.bcbstx.com. ~ HC
