I was wondering if you could take a look at my account and explain why I had to pay so much on a trip to the emergency room. this trip and subsequent return resulted in a bill for amount somewhere in the range of 2500-3000$. this took place on 09/01/2014. I realize that was sometime ago.recently doing some spring cleaning I found one of the many invoices thus prompting this email.its been paid but it's always bothered me. I did get 100 back from the hospital about a month later. this was for the 100$ I had to pay upon visiting the er. what information do you need? I have my id # and group #.
