Never received my insurance cards or welcome letter in the mail

I have an active BCBS insurance plan through my employer. However, I never received the welcome letter with the plan ID or my insurance cards in the mail. I am unable to access anything regarding my plan. I need to establish care with a medical provider. How do I obtain my cards / ID number?
