I received an email saying I have no coverage!!l :O I set up the plam on Pct 31 and submitted the payment and I received a VERIFICATION saying the payment processed. Then, I received notification yesterday that it didn't and that I missed a deadline??? I CAMMOT lose coverage, my daughter is special needs. Can someone help me(?? I was waiting on thec cards to come in the mail,I cannot access anything! I have no member numbers or policy numbers and can't get in to log in and calling is running me in circles
