Hello, I applied for a gold policy off marketplace last week. I paid the binder (first monthly premium) and submitted all the necessary documents. I have not received payment confirmation or my card. It has also not been withdrawn from my bank. I am very concerned because I am pregnant with my first child, and my coverage was supposed to begin today. Please help.
