Well onTarget® has been unavailable for days now, cant access my blue point, please what is really going on.
As far as I can tell it is working again. However the beginning of the plan year I got 1000 per activity and 55 per connected device activity and then a week later it dropped down to 225 for activity and 15 for a connected device activity. Anyone else only earning 225 for an activity and 15 for logged connected device activity?

Same here. I can access well on target but cannot redeem my points. Also, how many points do you earn per educational activity and fitness device logs? Anyone noticed a drop in points you can earn?

I have not, has been since around the beginning of February that this started. I check every day, a few times, too. I have no idea what’s going on. They won’t help either.
Has anyone been able to use their points as of yet? I still cannot and this is beyond frustrating.
I can login and yes, I am earning points. I just cannot redeem/use my points to purchase any gift cards. It’s been well over two weeks now!
I called BCBS and they said they were doing updates, but it did not sound very compelling. I tried to call the number for Well On that they listed on this thread and it says it is down. I am ready for it to be up. I was trying to really get on track and use their services.
How have you been earning points without logging in to the website?
Have had the same issue since before Valentine’s Day. Wanted to use my points to buy gift cards but it will not let me. I have called Well onTarget several times and they have been no help. Everyone just says the same thing, it’s down and they have no idea when it will be back up. One lady even stated it might not be back up and caught herself. Very strange. I have hundreds of dollars worth of redemptions I’ve saved, and now I’m worried I won’t get to use them. Wish they would notify everyone and let us all know instead of giving us the runaround! Still able to earn points though.
