And here we are, almost the middle of June.  Issue still not fixed.  Ridiculous.

Does anyone only receive 15 points per day for fitness connected app (instead of 55), 2 per weekly tracker instead of 10 per, 225 per wellness self management program instead of 1000, etc?

I got a message 2 weeks ago from support and hopefully the points will be up again in June:

"Hopefully the redeem function will be back up in a couple more weeks. Right now we are making the switch from electronic to physical cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused."

• This happened to my wife and I. The entire point matrix you should receive according to them and the website, we only received until january 5 and then all earning opportunities dropped almost 80%. Customer service cannot explain it or help. We know it happened to no one else so it is very interesting and upsetting.

As far as I can tell it is working again.  However the beginning of the plan year I got 1000 per activity and 55 per connected device activity and then a week later it dropped down to 225 for activity and 15 for a connected device activity. Anyone else only earning 225 for an activity and 15 for logged connected device activity?

Same here. I can access well on target but cannot redeem my points. Also, how many points do you earn per educational activity and fitness device logs? Anyone noticed a drop in points you can earn?
