Cant login to my account.

I keep getting the following message: "We did not recognize the user name and/or password that was entered. Please try again or select Forgot User Name or Forgot Password to continue." i have already reach out to customer service and no one has been able to help me out. I've had this issue for moths now and its so frustrating. Please help!!

I also have try to update my password several times and nothing seems to wok.

    I Am also experiencing this issue. Every time i try to login it tell me "we are having trouble accessing your account please try again later" Or   "the information you gave us doesn't match with any members in our records. Please try again."   I have to change my password every time and then it only works briefly before not working again. I've reset my password probably at least 20 times. PLEASE HELP!
