how do i get my member ID without my card?

Hey there! I know that feeling - waiting for that card can be frustrating. Usually, your Member ID is sent in a confirmation email after you initially sign up. Have you checked your spam or junk folders? If not, I'd suggest contacting customer support directly. They're usually really helpful and can look it up for you right away. They might also be able to tell you if there's been any unexpected slope in the processing time of your membership, explaining the delay.
