UDS tests my chronic pain doctor runs. I think he owns the lab.

Where can I go to protest unnecessary tests on the random UDS tests my chronic pain doctor does. I will have to pay Out of Pocket costs & the tests cost too much, are not necessary, & there are too many of them. I need to know where to get info.

    Good morning, If you disagree with the tests that your provider is having done you will need to speak with them directly about this and let them know you are unhappy with the tests being performed. We must process any claims we receive for services performed by your provider based on your plan's benefits; we cannot disallow a service that they performed because you disagree. You will need to discuss this with them to see if they would be willing to make any changes to their claims or if they would be willing to make any changes or write off the amounts you owe to them for the services you are unhappy with. ~ Kayla
