What are the payouts for a BCBA provider?

The company I do billing for provides services to children of special needs that include a licensed BCBA, LSW, PT, OT, ST and trying to figure out what the payout would be for 4 units or as in per hour if billing at 125.00 what would be the turn around rate?

    Good afternoon, Coverage would depend upon the patient's plan. We would need to know their plan ID as well as the procedure and diagnosis codes in question in order to provide any sort of benefit or coverage information.
