    Hello, Plan details may be available on your Blue Access account. You can create and log in to your account at www.bcbstx.com. You can also send us a private message here with your plan ID and contact information and we can see about sending you a benefit booklet for your plan. Please note, if your plan is through your employer you'll need to contact your human resource department to request a benefit booklet. ~ Kayla
