How can I speak to someone at BCBSTX? I have made several attempts to speak to someone and keep getting disconnected.

I recently called BCBSTX customer service and was on hold for 54 minutes. When I finally got through the call was dropped. I would prefer a live chat with someone to help me, but your website is not very user friendly and I can not seem to find a place for a live chat.
