I am covered by my husbands BCBS insurance and I cannot seem to get hold of anyone from BCBS on the phone. Whenever I try, I have to listen to a ton of automated messages trying to get to speak to an advisor, and then it hangs up on me when I say 'representative'.
I am wanting to know which costs relating to pregnancy are covered in our policy.
Can anyone help me find out how to actually speak to someone at BCBS?
