BCBS Primary/Medicare Secondary

I'm trying to assist a pt with his Medicare and per the CWF the Medicare is Secondary to BCBS of TX. However, the pt states the policy was listed under his wife who has since passed away and he states the policy is no longer active.

I've attemtped to pull this pt via AHIN out of Arkansas and without out the policy number I am unable to do this. Due to not having the ID number I cannot call BCBS of TX and get through due to not having the pts ID number.

I have all of his information just not his ID.

Any assistatance would be greatly appericated.
