Went to the ER at UT SW in Dallas. Worst experience. The "team" failed" to diagnose my problem and made little effort to try and understand what was causing may pain. Asked to see a Dr and they only supplier a PA who spent 5 minutes and came up with nothing. While he was in the room he made two inappropriate comments to my wife "flirting". Bottom line, they send me home, same pain and I have spent 4 weeks trying find problem. I don't think BCBS or I should pay anything. Is there a process for protesting the bill for both of us.
