The health market place messed up my insurance coverage:

The health market place messed up my insurance coverage and signed me up with another company, so now BCBSTX says my insurance won't start until February 1 and they ( market place ) canceled the other insurance. I have prescriptions and doctor appointments I can't afford now in the month of January. The market place said that they can't help me but they sent a HIX form to BCBSTX case worker. How can I contact this case worker to see if I can get my insurance coverage straighten out?
