I am an existing BCBSTX member. I have payed my premium for the first month of 2017 coverage. As of January 1 I am not able to log in to Blue Access. I keep getting a notice when I try to log in that says the portlet is temporarily disabled. Why is this happening? I would like to log in so I can pay my next months premium. I also have not received my new insurance card or information for this year. Please help!
