In Network Gender Reassignment Surgery

Can you tell me which healthcare providers in Los Angeles are in network for gender reassignment surgery or where I may find this information?

    I had to go looking thru a website that listed all the known surgeons, along with patient reviews and comments, and the go to each doctor's own website and see if they stated which insurances they accepted and/or look them up by name & city/state on BCBSTX's website to see if they were in-network. I'm in Texas myself, and don't really trust any of the MtF GCS(GRS) surgeons here, but thru exhaustive searching discovered that Dr. Kathy Rumer in Philadelphia, PA (well-respected, lots of good reviews, few bad reports -- all surgeons have some problem cases so you gotta look at everything and make a judgement call, I know someone who had here surgery there and is well pleased) happens to be approved in the network despite so far away from Texas.
