I have been billed for labs from 2016. I have been told that they did in fact put in a request with BCBS for payment.

I am told they did put this through for payment then but never billed the labs. I did request an itemized billing which they will send. I want to validate they did indeed put the bill through BCBS and the results of the request.  I need someone to check for me so I can find out if I really need to pay the bill.
