My daughter and I are dependents on my husband's insurance, do we get our own ID cards? or just use his at the doctors?

Pretty self explanatory question, I used to have our daughter under my own insurance and we both had separate ID cards and member numbers. She has an upcoming appointment in a few weeks and I tried to order a card online, but it would only give my husband's card and then in a separate box show that we are dependents. Do I just present his card at the doctor's office, or is there a way to get our own cards.

Hello, If you are covered under a PPO plan the ID card will only be issued in the policy holder's name, so cards will only show your husband's name. You and your daughter will show as active when your doctors contact us to verify your coverage. ~ Kayla
